One Week Before

❌ Stop exfoliation (scrubs, peeling, AHA/BHA, retinol)
❌ No laser, IPL, toning, eyebrow waxing/shaving
❌ No tanning or excessive UV exposure
⭕ Keep skin well moisturized
⭕ Get plenty of sleep (improves skin regeneration ↑)

Three Days Before

❌ Minimize makeup around the eyebrow area
❌ Do not groom your eyebrows yourself (the artist will handle the design)

One Day Before

❌ Absolutely no heavy drinking
❌ Avoid foods that cause swelling
⭕ Get plenty of sleep
⭕ Save reference photos of eyebrows you like

Day of the Procedure

⭕ Wash your face without oily products
⭕ Wear comfortable clothing
⭕ Clearly communicate your preferences during design consultation

Color Changes

The color may feel darker the day after than on the day of the procedure
From day 3–4, once the skin peels off (within max 2 weeks), it will appear about 30–40% lighter
Please don't worry if it seems too dark at first

Healing Process

Around day 3–4, the treated area may become itchy with white flaking
Scabbing may occur as the skin heals — this is normal
Do NOT remove it artificially; let it fall off naturally

First Week Care

Avoid swimming, exercise, saunas, and makeup on the treated area
Gentle face washing is allowed from day 1
Avoid excessive cleansing or rubbing
For 1–2 days, apply regenerating cream with a cotton swab (morning & evening, small amounts)

Touch-Up Policy

Insufficient areas can be supplemented during touch-up (thicker, longer, darker, filling faded areas)
The opposite is NOT possible (thinner, shorter, lighter)
Complimentary touch-up: within 4–8 weeks after first session
After 8 weeks: ₩100,000 touch-up fee
Returning customers: ₩100,000 per session (regardless of time elapsed)

We recommend a yearly touch-up to maintain the crispness and freshness of your brows. However, we offer different touch-up schedules because everyone experiences the fading process differently and may need a touch-up sooner than one year
