Terms & Policies

Microblading LA operates by appointments only. We have great respect for our clients’ and artists’ time, and we kindly ask that you follow our policies and terms of service.

For all new appointments, we require a deposit to hold your appointment. This amount will be charged immediately upon payment, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Late policy

Please familiarize yourself with our location here and allow extra time for Los Angeles traffic. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, so we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes earlier to avoid being late. Please allow sufficient time for the full length of your appointment.

Out of respect for everyone’s time, we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Arrivals that are more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

If your appointment was complimentary, your next appointment will no longer be complimentary.

An additional deposit will be required to reschedule if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations / rescheduling policy

Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice (three business days; we are closed on Sundays) when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

Deposits and payments will be forfeited if changes are made outside of this notice period. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule appointments with less than 72 hours’ notice.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a minimum non-refundable processing fee of 3%, which is charged by our third-party payment processor, Square, and not by Microblading LA.

Appointment / consultation policy

A separate consultation appointment is not required prior to your initial appointment. However, if for any reason your procedure cannot be performed at the time of your appointment, you will be charged the consultation fee.

Guests policy

Due to the nature of our detailed treatments, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or pets to the studio. Service dogs are permitted with valid identification; however, they are not allowed in the procedure room, and we cannot be responsible for them in the lobby during your appointment.

Service deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all service appointments. Deposits are charged to the credit card provided through Square when booking online. The deposit confirms your commitment to the appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Future touch-ups for returning clients

If you are a returning client and would like to schedule a touch-up appointment, please contact our studio directly at 818-305-6112.

Touch-up pricing is calculated based on the time elapsed since your last paid appointment. Complimentary touch-ups are not included.

Waitlist

We recommend booking an appointment in advance to secure time with your preferred artist. A waitlist is available for each artist for clients who would like an earlier appointment time than originally scheduled.

When an opening becomes available, we contact clients in order, and the first to confirm will be booked. You may be added to the waitlist by calling our studio. Please note that availability is not guaranteed.

Existing brow tattoos

We are very selective when working over existing tattoos or work done by other artists. If you have previously had your eyebrows tattooed, please email clear photos of your brows to Brows@MicrobladingLA.com for approval. Allow one to three business days for a response. Appointments booked without prior approval will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Important information for all clients

Microblading and all permanent cosmetic services are multi-step procedures, and healed results vary by individual. No guarantees are made. Additional sessions, at an additional cost, may be required to achieve desired results.

Although we strive to provide the highest quality service, individual healing responses can affect outcomes. To ensure optimal healing and results, please carefully follow all pre-appointment restrictions and aftercare instructions.

These guidelines are designed to minimize bleeding and skin sensitivity during the procedure. Excessive bleeding can dilute or expel pigment, leading to less optimal results.
